This will be the only race in 2019 with restrictor plates as NASCAR switches up Cup Series engines on all of its tracks larger than 1.2 miles, limiting engines to a maximum of 550 horsepower. That will be a stark difference from non-restrictor plate races last year, in which engines could produce 750 horsepower. Restrictor plates will limit engines to 400 horsepower this week.
